• Proven experience in set design, product styling, and art direction.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Experience with arts and crafts or DIY projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision: Direct and tailor the creative vision for each photoshoot.

• Set Design: Design and execute 2-4 high-quality sets daily.

• Styling: Style props, outfits, and accessories.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor interns.

• Project Management: Manage timelines and resources, source props.

• Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative outputs.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists.

• Client Meetings: Understand and implement client vision.
